- No whips, bats, crops or stallions
- Judge's decision is final.
- Protests must be made in writing to the club board, with a non-refundable $50 fee, on the day of the show.
- For contest classes, western type equipment and clothing must be used including boots and western style shirt with a collar (stand up, tuxedo, or oxford). Shirts may be long or short sleeved and should be buttoned up and tucked in. Helmets are highly recommended. No ball caps!
- For Pleasure/English classes proper show attire must be worn.
- Riders have one minute from the time your name is called to enter the arena and cross the timer line.
- A horse cannot be used by multiple riders for the same class.
- The exhibitor cannot show the same horse in Ranch Pleasure and Western Pleasure at the same show.
- Participants must sign a release form every year. Youth under age 18 need a release form signed by parent/legal guardian before riding a horse on the grounds. Parents must be present to sign the form in front of a club member or signature must be notarized. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
